Legacy at Coto, a Proposed Active Senior Living Project in Coto de Caza

California Grand Villages Coto Partners, LLC proposes constructing a 101 unit active senior living development located in Coto de Caza.

The proposed project site, 23333 & 23335 Avenida La Caza, encompasses a total of 3.86 acres. Existing uses on the site include what was once Vic Braden Tennis College. The proposed development would replace tennis facilities along with administrative offices.

The proposed development consists of a two story L-shaped building (40 feet tall) and both the first and second floors would include residential units that comprises the total 101 units. Residential unit sizes would be between 441 sq ft and 1,567 sq ft:

A wide array of residential amenities are proposed such as a Bistro, Restaurant, Lounge, Wine and Sports Club, Swimming Pool and Spa, Fitness Center:

Construction would take about 18 to 20 months, with an anticipated start date of April 15, 2021.
