Developer Plans Second Mid-Rise Development in Stanton

Developer, Bonanni Development, plans second mixed use development known as Cloud House in the City of Stanton near the intersection of Beach Blvd and Lampson Ave.

The project site located at 12331 - 12435 Beach Blvd, is a 3.75 acre trapezoidal site that currently has a mobile home dealer, vacant paved lot, and a small strip mall which would be replaced with the planned apartment. The five story apartment building (total height at 57 feet 11 inches)  would comprise a total of 321 units with unit types including: 

  • 48 Studios
  • 187 One-bedroom units
  • 86 Two-bedroom units

The site plan above illustrates the residential building wraps around the seven story parking structure that can accommodate 546 vehicle parking spaces. Residence amenities includes:
  • A rooftop pool, spa, and outdoor deck with programmed and passive areas
  • A sky lounge and wrap around view deck
  • Fitness area
  • Co-working spaces and courtyards

Cloud House's highlight is the planned rooftop skydeck which would be considered one of the largest within Orange County.

Additional amenities planned at the lower levels includes: 
  • Walking paths
  • Landscape parkways
  • A dog park and dog washing station
