Developer, David Cohen, proposes constructing a 32 unit single family residential development in the City of Orange.

Located at the north-east corner of Orange Olive Rd and Grove Av, the 2.9 acre site is currently developed with commercial and retail buildings, drive aisles, and surface parking lot all of which would be replaced as a part of the proposed project.

The proposed project site is in between a park to the south (Shaffer Park) and, to the north, the first phase consisting of 25 detached residential units known as Irving House. The first phase has been completed.
