A new medical office building, near St Joseph Hospital, is proposed by Pacific Medical Buildings at the north-east corner of Main St and Stewart Dr. in the City of Orange.

The proposed rectangular shaped site consists of about 1.14 acres, and existing uses include a motel and medical office buildings:

The existing buildings would be replaced with a proposed four story medical office building (MOB) that would be up to 137,500 sq ft of medical office space. Additionally, ground floor retail is also proposed.

The project proposes a total of 550 vehicle parking spaces, which would accommodate both employees and visitors. The vehicle parking spaces would be within a 5 level underground structure. Additionally, the first underground level would provide bicycle parking.
