Hilton Hotel Proposed in Santa Ana Near 55 Freeway

Moda Hotels, LLC proposes to build a hotel in south-eastern Santa Ana with 142 hotel rooms and will be a Tapestry Hotel from Hilton.

The proposed project site is located at 1580 East Warner Avenue and the about 2.6 acre project site is currently undeveloped. The site is bounded by Grand Avenue, Brookhollow Drive, and SR-55.

The rendering shown above illustrates an about six story contemporary design building. Additionally, the developer proposes a 6,000 sq. ft. restaurant.

Hotel amenities are found on the ground floor including breakfast lounge, outdoor patio, meeting rooms, and the hotel restaurant. Additional amenities include a swimming pool (located above the porte cache) and a gym.

The above site plan shows the hotel building on the eastern side of the project site and surface vehicle parking spaces to the west. The developer proposes 192 vehicle surface parking spaces.

A ground-breaking date has not yet been specified.
