12 Story JW Marriott in Anaheim Resort Under Construction

The 12 story JW Marriott at GardenWalk in Anaheim Resort district is under construction.

Located at 1775 S. Clementine Street and abutting the Gardenwalk Mall, developer Prospera Hotels  is constructing the 12 story four-diamond hotel with a total of 466 hotel rooms and is under construction.

As the pictures above show the presence of many construction equipment and excavation has taken place, construction is well underway.

According to Huitt-Zollars, when completed the hotel will include, "...banquet facilities, restaurants and lounges, public amenities, pool decks, a spa, and a fitness center"

The project is anticipated to be completed in early 2020.
