Orange Coast College Aims to Build Student Housing

Orange Coast College is a community college located in the City of Costa Mesa. This project is a public private partnership with Servitas as the lead developer. 

MVE + Partners, the architect for this project, has a profile page regarding the student housing project. A total of 323 units is proposed which would provide 819 beds. The rendering below shows four story buildings with courtyard. The development would also provide, "...flexible multi-purpose and community gathering spaces throughout" (source).
