Rendering Revealed for The Source Residential

The Source is a mixed-use entertainment retail destination in the heart of Buena Park that also includes a future residential component. The developer, M&D Properties, released more information about the planned residential project.



Earlier this year, LAOCDB had the opportunity to speak with M&D Properties Executive Vice President, Luis C. Valenzuela. When asked about the prospective for a residential component, "We are entitled for about 1,000 residential units. I can't say whether they will be apartments or condominiums, but there will be a housing component to The Source within the next couple of years" said M&D Properties Executive Vice President. 

M&D Properties has released more information about the residential component which includes a 16 story residential tower with about 300 condominium units which would be one of the tallest residential tower in North Orange County. Additionally, a five story apartment building is also planned. Both the residential buildings have a modern design.
